So I disappeared for a minute.
It seemed as if all of February and half of March, my kids were sick. They had a “flu-like” virus that lingered for almost a month. Many sleepless nights and breathing treatments later, they are all well.
We are currently “quarantined.”
I am taking everything day by day. This Monday will mark a week that the school closed. While it makes things difficult, it is also very comforting knowing that I have my babies with me. We get a little cabin fever here and there but we are overall thankful for our health during these scary times.
We now have a “no news” policy. My oldest son is my worrier and the most dramatic of my three. Granted, he is really the only one who has an idea of what is going on. My four year old thinks that every day is an outside play day and my seven month old still has not figured out what sleep is. So, I think it is safe to say that they will not be catching on anytime soon.
The last week has been a rollercoaster of emotions. My kids have been my saving grace through all of this. We are trying to make the best out of everything so here are a few pictures from this week. They make me smile so hopefully they will you too.
